Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.
Shipping Times
United States
Estimated Delivery: 8–12 business days
Most U.S. orders arrive within this timeframe, although delivery may occasionally take longer due to circumstances outside our control.
International Orders
We currently ship to select international destinations.
Estimated Delivery: 10–20 business days, depending on your country and local postal carrier.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package throughout its journey.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
Homegrown Love is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your package.
