Return and Refund Policy

At Homegrown Love, we want every parent to feel confident when choosing A Growing-Up Guide for Teen Girls. If your order does not feel right for your family, we’re here to help.

90-Day Open Door Guarantee

We offer a 90-Day Open Door Guarantee on eligible orders.

If the guide does not help open the conversation with your daughter, you may request a refund within 90 days of receiving your order.

To request a refund, please contact us at care.homegrownlove@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about your experience.

For approved guarantee claims, you do not need to return the book. We want your daughter to keep the guide in case she chooses to open it later.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at care.homegrownlove@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item

  • A photo of the packaging, if damaged

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at care.homegrownlove@gmail.com.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has already been processed or shipped.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Fees

If a refund is approved under our 90-Day Open Door Guarantee, your product purchase will be refunded.

Shipping fees, if charged separately, may not be refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Digital Bonuses

Any digital bonuses, guides, templates, or downloadable materials included with your order are provided as free bonuses and are not returnable or exchangeable.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Homegrown Love is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us at care.homegrownlove@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.

However, once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines may vary depending on the carrier and location.
