Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected.
Any applicable taxes or shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before your purchase is completed.
4. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations.
Delivery times vary depending on your country, customs processing, and local postal carrier, and may take longer than our standard U.S. delivery estimate.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees required by their country.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after your shipping confirmation email has been sent.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Homegrown Love is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided during checkout.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

If your package appears to be significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
